About:
Members of the Carle Place High School Key Club volunteered at the Mary Brennan INN, a full functioning soup kitchen that relies on donations and provides other resources including clothing and toiletries to those in need. The group sorted winter coats and various donations as part of the effort.
The Key Club also volunteered at the Hicksville Boys and Girls Club, a safe place where students can go after school to be social, receive mentoring and tutoring services. Club members led academic games, arts and crafts and athletic activities with middle school students.
